Ingredients
2 cups coconut milk (you can use almond or hemp milk too)
1/3 cup + 2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
2-3 tbsp pure maple syrup or honey, to taste
1/2 tsp organic vanilla extract
Directions
1Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl or use a mason jar.
2If using a bowl, transfer ingredients to mason jar once mixed.
3Store in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 8 hours.
4Serve cold.
