Jazz up your butter with these fun additonal ingredients: a pinch of sea salt, 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup, or 1-2 dates.

A note on peanut butter...peanuts and peanut butter contain alfa-toxin which is a mold that can wreak havoc on the body.  Because of this, even raw peanuts are not hte most ideal nut choice, but the good news is there are plenty of other nuts and seeds that will do the trick for satisyfing your craving for creamy or crunchy, and they are much healthier alternatives!

Pro Tip: Store in fridge up to 6 months.
