Vegan Fudgy Pops

Say hellO to your new favorite treat. These dairy, gluten-free and plant based pops are simple, delicious and full of powerful brain-boosting nutrients. They take just 5 minutes to make and I know you’ll absolutely love them!

  • Yields: 4 to 6 Pops

Ingredients

Pops

1 ½ cups coconut milk

2 avocados, peeled and seeded

1 banana, peeled

½ cup cocoa powder

½ teaspoons vanilla

Dark chocolate and cocoa nibs topping.

¼ cup allergen free chocolate

2 Tablespoons coconut oil

2-3 Tablespoons cacao nibs

Directions

Pops

1In a high-speed blender, blend coconut milk, banana, avocado, cocoa powder and vanilla together until smooth.

2Pour into pop molds.

3Freeze overnight or for at least 4 hours.

Dark chocolate and cocoa nibs topping.

1Over a double boiler, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together.

2Stir well until completely mixed together.

3Drizzle over frozen fudge pops over a plate or cutting board.

4Make sure you remove them from the mounds.

5Sprinkle with cacao nibs while the chocolate is still wet.

6Wait about 5 minutes until chocolate drizzle hardens and go ahead and dig in.
