It happens to the best of us. A jam packed busy weekend leaving little or no time or energy to plan for the week, a rough start to the morning (hello snooze button) or a day that’s gone topsy turvey.

Life doesn’t always go to plan and that happens. It’s totally normal.

If you forgot to plan out your day, you can always come back to this super simple but mighty tip to keep you feeling calm, peaceful and on track towards accomplishing your goals.

“I don’t know where to start!” “I can totally do this!”

In minutes!

Grab your planner or a piece of paper and write down your TOP 3 priorities for the day. They can be personal, family, business or work-related or a combo.
Write down exactly what you want to accomplish and by when.

Then prioritize which one to do first.

Here’s another special sauce tip to make it extra sticky!

Focus Focus Focus on just one priority at a time.

Do your first priority first. Finish it, mark it off, fist pump (very important to celebrate this win) and then move on to your second and third priority.

When you wrap up these three priorities, you’ll feel accomplished and instead of spinning out of control you will have moved towards your overall goals.
