Dilly Carrots

*Gut Health, *Anti-oxidant, *Fiber

  • Prep: 10 mins
  • Yields: 2-3 servings

Ingredients

5 to 7 carrots, peeled and cut into sticks

1 Tbsp whey

1 Tbsp sea salt

1 Tbsp fresh dill (or more if you like)

3 to 4 cloves of garlic, quartered

Filtered water

Directions

1Place your ingredients in a quart sized mason jar and fill within one inch of the top with filtered water.

2Cover and ferment on your counter for 4 to 7 days.

3Refrigerate to stop the fermentation process and enjoy!
