Chocolate Tahini Dip (Gluten Free & Vegan)

The proof is in this superfood pudding! Get the best of both worlds; energizing and brain boosting tahini combined with the antioxidant power of cacao.  A godsend for balancing pesky PMS.

  • Prep: 25 mins
  • Yields: 1 cup

Ingredients

½ cup tahini

⅓ cup cacoa powder

⅓ cup 100% pure maple syrup or honey

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

¼ cup unsweetened almond milk, more or less depending on the consistency you prefer

Directions

1Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.

2Store in a glass jar in the fridge for up to one week.
