4-Ingredient Guacamole

Avocado lovers, watch out!  Don't let the simple recipe fool you.  This dip is diiiiivne and filled with flavor.

  • Prep: 5 mins
  • Yields: 1 Serving

Ingredients

3-4 large avocados, pitted and sliced

1/4 red onion, chopped (optional)

2-3 tbsp chopped, fresh cilantro

1/2 cup tomatoes, diced or chopped

1/2 teaspoons sea salt or Himalayan salt

Directions

1In a large bowl, mash avocado with a fork or potato masher until it is just slight chunky.

2Add onion, cilantro, tomatoes and salt and stir to combine.

3Serve with your favorite veggie dippers or chips.

I love to use cucumber slices as my chips for dipping, but feel free to use your favorite chip or veggie.

Want something a bit spicier? Add garlic, jalapenos or other spices to pump up the flavor in this dairy-free, gluten-free, vegan, soy-free dip.
