Simple Cilantro Brown Rice

I am SUCH a fan of this easy brown rice combo.  Fresh cilantro, brown rice with some zesty cumin or taco seasoning makes the best side dish to serve with Tacos, or a taco bowl, enchiladas or any Mexican inspired dish for that matter.

Gluten Free Apple Berry Crisp

Nothing (and I do mean nothing) makes you feel more at home than walking into the kitchen and smelling the sweet aroma of an apple berry crisp.  My new favorite is that I love adding peaches to my apple crisp - it adds this awesome trifecta of colors, tastes and smells.  Oh and friends, have you tried HALO Top ice cream? It is deeeeelicious! I love a scoop of the Vanilla Bean on this warm crisp.

Zoodles & Tomato Sauce

Zoodles!!! Who would have thought zucchini noodles tasted so good.  I like 'em even more than real pasta noodles, they're my new fav.  Whip these up or should I say turn these out with a spiralizer in less than 5 minutes and voila, you've got noodles to go with any sauce or as a fun way to eat your veggies.
