I had just graduated with degrees in nutrition and counseling and decided to open my own coaching business.
No one told me not to, but no one told me how.
I had no clue how to actually build a business… or what I was really in for.
After a few failed launches, countless “almost” clients, and what felt like 2,458,374 hours tweaking my website and trying to be everywhere on social, I hit a wall.
I didn’t have a strategy. I didn’t have a plan. Just a dream… and a whole lot of drive.
I looked “busy,” but I wasn’t building something that could last.
Until one day, I made the decision: Enough spinning. Enough “trying.”
It was time to turn this calling into something sustainable…
Not just to make a difference… but to make a living doing the work I was meant to do.
So I got to work. And I did it, not once, but over and over again.
I’ve built multiple businesses from scratch into 6-, 7-, and 8-figures.
Today, I’m building another one, from nourishment, not burnout.
