These sun-buttery crispy bars are naturally sweet, creamy and crunchy create a delicious and healthy dessert or snack!

Ingredients
Brown Rice Crisp Bars
3 cups Erwhon brown rice crispies
½ cup sunbutter or almond butter if nuts are not an issue
½ cup raw honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
Chocolate Glaze
½ cup chocolate chips (optional)
1-2 Tablespoons grass-fed butter
Directions
Brown Rice Crisp Bars
1Pour the cereal in a large bowl.
2Heat the honey, sunbutter, and vanilla extract in a small saucepan until softened.
3Add the honey mixture to the cereal working quickly to mix together and coat the cereal. (You may want to lightly grease your hands with coconut oil).
4Press the mixture firmly into a 13”x19” baking dish and refrigerate until firm. Cut into 12 bars.
Chocolate Glaze
1Melt chocolate chips and butter in a microwave safe bowl or heat over a double boiler on low.
2Pour glaze over cooled brown rice crisp bars.
3Spread in a thin even layer.
4Put aside to set for 20-30 minutes.
