This combination of lavender, lemon, berries and hemp milk is like heavenly bliss to your taste buds.
Deliciously divine!
Mantra: I am calm and relaxed.
*Antioxidant, *Anti-inflammatory, *Calming, *Relaxing
1 cup hemp milk
1 cup berries, frozen or fresh
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp dried lavender
Lemon Zest
Loads of Love
1In a high-speed blender, blend all ingredients. Sprinkle extra lavender and grate lemon zest over smoothie, serve and enjoy with love!
