This dreamy dressing is great to drip over your favorite leafy greens or as a dipping sauce for veggie sticks or chips.
*Anti-microbial, *Gastrointestinal health, *Cell protection
3 tablespoons sesame seeds
1/2 cup tahini
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup sesame oil
1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup gluten-free soy sauce or tamari
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
Dash of hot pepper sauce or pinch of cayenne
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
1Toast sesame seeds in dry skillet or hot oven several minutes, tossing often.
2Set aside to cool.
3Mix with remaining ingredients in a blender with 1/4 cup water.
4Add toasted sesame seeds and serve.
Dressing will keep in the fridge for up to a week. Keep in an airtight container.
