Berries and avocado are like Lucy and Desi...a perfect brain boosting pair. This soothing smoothie helps to dissolve mental fog and provides a boost to your energy with healthful fatty acids and greens.

Mantra: I feed my body nourishing foods and my mind nourishing thoughts.

  • Prep: 5 mins
  • Yields: 1 cup

Ingredients

1 cup coconut milk or non-dairy milk of choice

1/2 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen

1/2 avocado, peeled

2 tablespoons 100% Organic Coconut Flakes

Loads of love

Directions

1Wash and prep all ingredients.

2In a high-speed blender, blend all ingredients.

3Serve and enjoy with love!

If blueberries aren't your thing, try strawberries, cherries or blackberries.  If berries just don't agree with you at all, sub a half of a banana.
