Ingredients
1 ripe avocado
2-3 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 teaspoon cumin or taco seasoning (optional)
Directions
1Peel and de-seed avocado.
2In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy or the consistency you like.
For a thinner consistency, add water.
Serve with veggies chips like cucumbers, carrots or celery sticks or use as a creamy salad dressing.
