ENERGIZING & CALMING LAVENDER

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup hemp milk
  • 1 cup berries, frozen or fresh
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons dried lavender
  • Lemon zest
  • Loads of love

HEALTH BENEFITS:

  • Hemp milk: anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, heart health, increases immunity, improves circulation, increases mental clarity, omega-3 fatty acids, protein
  • Berries: anticancer, antioxidant, blood sugar regulation, cognitive benefits, eye, and heart health
