These savory herb filled biscuit will fill any room with warmth and melt in your mouth.  They're my all time favorite! Fluffy, soft and full of flavor. Spread a little grass-fed butter and enjoy each bite.

  • Prep: 10 mins
  • Cook: 20 mins
  • Yields: 12 Biscuits

Ingredients

3 cups almond flour

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

2 3/4 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

3 eggs

1 cup full-fat sour cream or Greek yogurt

2 garlic cloves, peeled and pressed

1 small yellow onion, grated

1/2 cup water

Directions

1Preheat the oven to 325 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, Parmesan cheese, chives, parsley, baking soda, and salt and baking powder.

3In another bowl, whisk the eggs then add in the sour cream or yogurt, garlic, onion, and water.

4Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix well. The batter will be wet and goopy.

5Using a spoon, scoop a generous amount onto the parchment-lined baking sheet in the size you want your biscuit to be.

6Repeat using remaining batter.

7If you want large sandwich-like buns, make large biscuits and only 4 per sheet.

8Bake for 15-18 minutes. You can flip them after about 10 minutes if you want both sides brown.

FAB Tips:

Store loosely wrapped.

These reheat well in the oven.
