Sauteed Kale with Onions

This super easy recipe will surprise you with the amount of flavor and healing benefits in each bite!

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 large onion, thinly sliced

1 bunch kale, stems removed

¼ cup water

2 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari


1Heat oil in large skillet on medium high heat.

2Saute onion until pieces are translucent.

3Wash and cut kale leaves, first in half lengthwise, then lay several leaves on top of each other and cut finely on the diagonal.

4Add to onions with water.

5Saute over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes.

6Add soy sauce and saute 1 to 2 minutes.

7Turn off heat and cover skillet until ready to serve.
