This smoothie is a simple go-to. I love the refreshing flavor of lemon and celery and the avocado and banana create a smooth creamy texture. If you're not a fan of kale, try to substitute it for spinach or romaine.

Yields: 1 Smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup coconut or alternative nut/seed milk
1 banana, peeled
1/2 avocado, pitted
1/2 lemon, squeezed
1 cup kale
1-2 celery stalks
Directions
1Wash and prep all ingredients.
2In a high-speed blender, blend all ingredients and serve.
3Add ice if you'd like the smoothie to be cool or cold.
