Better Healing Butter

If you thought butter couldn’t taste or be better for you, wait till you try this! Yummy on warm vegetables, brown rice, or winter squash.

  • Prep: 15 mins
  • Yields: 1/2 Pound

Ingredients

1 small jar (½ pound) organic grass-fed Ghee, softened at room temperature

½ cup organic olive oil, extra virgin, cold pressed

3 teaspoons friendly bacteria (metagenics ultrabalance powder or opened capsules)

3 teaspoons colostrum powder

2 teaspoons L-glutamine powder

6 tablets zinc carnosine, crushed to powder

1 Tablespoon raw honey (optional)

Directions

1In a high-speed blender or food processor, mix all ingredients together well.

2Refrigerate in a small glass jar.

3This will last a couple weeks in the fridge.

4Use 1-2 tablespoons daily on cool, cold, room temperature, or warm food as butter substitute.
