You deserve to be living your best life… and that means taking care of your health & happiness!

But that can feel hard when you’re busy and used to planning your life by way of schedules, calendars, and appointments! Because let’s face it – sometimes all that structure can actually cause stress and make you forget to take care of yourself!

Yoga, classes at the gym, your kid’s activities, work meetings, the mail, buses, and trains all run on a schedule, so it’s not surprising that you may be craving some more ease and flow in your life (and less stuffy structure).

The biggest reason why we resist structure is simply because we either don’t know how or what to do, or we just don’t schedule it.

So how can you plan your life from an empowered place? Here’s the secret sauce… a little ‘soul structure’ goes a long way!

Somedays, life gets in the way and missing a few steps is bound to happen!

It’s taken a while to get my soul structured schedule to where it is now, but I’ve discovered the secret sauce to cook up health & happiness from the inside out.

I’m super excited to share with you today!

I’ve combined my personal schedule to give you some fresh inspiration plus a DIY downloadable schedule so you can create your own and try it on for size.
