Ever wonder what’s standing between where you are right now and where you want to be with your health, happiness, relationships, or your career?

How often do you give yourself permission to relax, take a break, enjoy a meal or even go to the bathroom?

You may be overwhelmed with family responsibilities or workload obligations. You may be totally exhausted. Or, it could be that you don’t feel worthy or deserving.

If you’ve felt this way before, but haven’t made progress in the past – you may be the person holding yourself back.

When you look for someone else to give you permission, it never happens. Why? Because the permission slip is within you.

You’re here to live out a very specific purpose in your world and to be your healthiest, happiest self. How do you do that?

Today I’m going to share how to give yourself a simple permission slip to unlock and identify your needs so you can live out your health dreams to the fullest.

This is the first step to anything you’d like to do, be, and have in your life. 

Three simple Permission Slip Tips. 

0-01Start small.  Really, really, really small. Ask yourself what’s one thing that you want to give yourself permission to do, have, or feel? Take a walk in nature? Sleep in? Take a relaxing bath? 

Plan It: Once you’ve identified that one thing, then you’re going to want to plan it out! Grab a planner or your FAB Planner and write it down. 

Practice Daily: This is key to building confidence and consistency.  Plus, you’re telling yourself that you’re worthy and deserving. 

Small steps daily will lead to big progress.

Make a permission slip for yourself for anything and everything. There’s no right or wrong way to give yourself permission.

Here’s a fun simple Permission Slip Formula. Use this the next time that you’d like to give yourself a permission slip.

“I know I’ll be a better __________(sister, spouse, partner, colleague or boss) when I give myself permission to do ______________(time to wake up in the morning, go for a run, speak up in meetings, etc… )
